San Pietro Suite
The Hassler, located at the top
of the Spanish Steps above Rome’s
famed Piazza di Spagna, overlooks most of Rome’s principal
monuments from Castel St. Angelo to St. Peter’s Cathedral
in the center to All Saints Church and Maria dei Miracoli on the
right and SS. Maria Maggiore on the left. And complimenting its
unique location it offers the finest in service, dining and old
world decor.
The one drawback is that most of its rooms are on the small
side. There is one room, however, or rather a suite of two rooms that we can
recommend, and that is the San Pietro Suite, which has marvelous views from
the bedroom and livingroom balconies.
If
you stay at the Hassler, be sure to dine in the windowed dining
Suite at the top of the hotel, from which the views are truly
breathtaking.
