Balmacneil Room

The Kinnaird Hotel is a perfect hideaway offering peace and relaxation on its 9,000 acre estate down a winding country road alongside the River Tay. The elegant mansion has only nine guestrooms for a select number of guests who come to enjoy a country experience in elegant surroundings. The Kinnaird has the feel of a private home, which indeed it was as its owner, Constance Ward, likes to inform her guests when they inquire about its history: “It is a home,” she says, “it’s my home, and I’m glad to share it with you.”

We particularly recommend the Balmacneil Room, which was Mrs. Ward’s own room before she opened
her house to guests. As pictured here, the room is large and beautifullly appointed and has lovely views of
the countryside surrounding the hotel.
