Located in a 500
acre woodland estate in County Cork, this 18th Century Georgian
mansion offers fine wines and cuisine in a rural setting, with
golf, hiking and horseback riding nearby and game shooting on site.
The hotel has 18 rooms and two suites. We stayed in Suite 112,
overlooking the estate’s vineyard and the Blackwater Valley
spread out below it. Dine in the Victorian glass conservatory and
take a stroll through the lovely grounds, which house a walled
garden with flowering plants and herbs. |
